As we are sure you are aware by now - HM Government have announced that they are to introduce a law banning smoking within ALL public buildings. This will undoubtedly have significant impact on Hotels, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Whilst no-one doubts the long term good that this move will eventually bring, in the interim period there will be problems for those wishing to provide shelter or comfort for the smokers amongst their clientelle.

Most of you will be aware of the crowds who gather outside of office buildings come break time, and the all too familiar sight of smokers (patients and staff) outside hospitals. If you are open to the public you risk such unsightly scenes as your customers 'just nip outside' for a quick smoke.

Pretige Gardens have a solution - Our outdoor buildings whilst open to the fresh air provide your clients with a comfortable sheltered place in which to enjoy their cigarettes. Because the customer will be out doors they are not subject to the legislation, but they will be sheltered from the extremese that our climate can produce. They will also not be on the door step, blocking the front door and leaving their butts outside your entrance.

We provide to restuarants and public houses, gazebo styled smoke huts and summer houses, for providing shelter to customers who wish to drink and also still enjoy smoking within the clients establishments.

We will design and fit to your requirments and make it a feature to blend in with your property and beer gardens. We can join your outside building to your main property with a covered walk way to minimise the inconvenience to your patrons as they travel to and from your smoking area.
